When I posted about our home office a few weeks ago, I was frustrated with clutter, an awkward layout, and organizational systems that weren’t working. We picked up an Expedit bookshelf [...] I haven’t made any official resolutions yet, but one might be to stay on top of housework better. Particularly dealing with clutter (or potential clutter) in an efficient manner. Since the housewarming, our little home office has been the dumping ground for papers, holiday craft remnants, returns, gifts, books, and more. Plus, nothing has been [...] After hemming and hawing for several weeks about needing a desk for our guestroom/office, I finally broke down and bought one on Monday! Oh man, where did the time go yesterday? I fully intended to get an interiors post scheduled and my lunchtime just flew by and I never got to it! My apologies. Some exciting news here from Casa Magchunk… it’s soon to be Casa Magchunk-and-Ryan. That’s right folks, sometime this October we’ll be moving in together. Which means a fun new space to decorate, new neighborhoods to explore, and of course a fun housewarming party to plan! Ryan and I go camping each summer. It’s a fun tradition, gets us outside, gets us out the city and traffic and away from people. Plus, I loooove smores and pretty much anything cooked over a fire. Our annual trip (hopefully the first of a few for 2009) is this weekend, so I thought I’d [...] I’m in desperate need of new shoes. Something comfortable that I can wear everyday that go with jeans and skirts. All my non-heels right now (and I don’t work in a dressy office, so heels make a rare appearance) give me blisters.
