I love the bar cart! Not really possible with small kids around (in my house!)… but maybe someday! Looks like a great party!
Your apartment is so bright and airy and cute! LOVE the bar cart!
Your home looks so inviting! Hope you guys had a great Halloween!
The place looks great! You have accomplished so much since I have been there. Love the wall color and your bar cart. And Ryan’s costume gave me a good chuckle. He looks so proud of it! I like that it has a mustache and tie!
Thanks girls! I’ll get some better pictures of the bar cart soon so you can get a closer look!
Thanks for all your sweet comments
xoxo Maggie
What a great place you have. Looks like a fun party and yummy dip. Love the little dip spreaders.
The place looks BEAUTIFUL! And I NEED that bar cart. What neighborhood is that? Also, are those hardwood floors? Are they painted or stained? They are really unique, you don’t usually see such a light color in older buildings. I really like them with the paint you chose!
Stevie,
Thanks! The bar cart I found in an antique mall in Puyallup, WA for about $30. We live in Queen Anne. And yep, they are hardwood floors that have been painted a creamy white using deck paint (as in a boat deck) because it’s really durable. I’ll try to track down the color name, but I do know that it’s Benjamin Moore. Our walls are BM “Mocha Cream”.
Since our place is the upper floor of an old house turned into a duplex, we get lots of neat extras that you might not find in an apartment building. Still wishing for some of the built-ins we saw in older buildings though!
You’re new apartment looks awesome. I’m so jealous of your floors. Our stained carpet is starting to really get to me.
And great costume ideas. That robot is fancy. Did you use your crafting skills?
Melanie,
Thanks! We have a few rugs ordered just to soften the echo, but I don’t miss carpet at all!
I have to admit, though I helped talk Ryan through some of his ideas and helped brainstorm at the craft store, he did most of the work! I came in handy when nice printing was needed, etc. But he’s kind of artsy, so he pulled it off!
