I can honestly say that our built-in bookshelves are the pride and joy of our house…perhaps even one of the crowning moments of my adult life. For real! Have I ever shown them to you? I should email them your way…or check them on the blog. They remind me of photo #4. Now I just need a gorgeous set of chairs and monogrammed pillows to accompany them and I’ll be all set:)

I LOVE these! Especially the books in the stairwell, and the ones in the attic with the piano. To quote shakespeare, “I burn, I pine, I perish” for those bookshelves
That fourth photo down is KILLING me! The shape and proportion of those amazing chairs? Sublime!
i really like built in bookshelves, it fills up a room quite nicely – giving it a cozy feel. Wish more homes came with built-ins!
