I’ve been collecting pieces for a gallery wall for a few months now and can’t wait to round out the collection and start putting it together. In the meanwhile, I thought you’d like to see some of the gorgeous pictures I’m using as inspiration! You’ll notice that I like mismatched frames (sometimes in a unifying color, like black), a variation of sizes, and incorporating three dimensional pieces as well.

I’m obsessed with gallery walls. I have one sort-of-gallery wall, with some framed art, letters, and a mirror. I wanted it to be somewhat random. I am a very symmetrical, even type picture hanger, so I had a hard time with it. I ended up taking a picture of each piece and photoshopping the arrangement and then copying it to the wall. Not so random, but I ended up liking it.

The second from the bottom, definitely. It’s the pop of color behind the framed items that really draws you in to that one.

I love the collection from Domino – especially that round mirror smack in the middle.
