So I was rather on the fence about Miley Cyrus’s look at the Oscars last night. Although I have to say, when I was 16 I dreamed up the exact thing as my potential prom look. Haha! Anyway, I knew it reminded me of SOMETHING and then while reading this post, it clicked!
